Contact us if you have a query or a complaint concerning anti-competitive behaviour. This includes barriers to competition in a specific market or the behaviour of a business or an organisation and its negative impact on competition in a particular market.

The Cartel Immunity Programme means that a member of a cartel may avoid prosecution if they are the first member to come forward and reveal their involvement in illegal cartel activity. You can find more information on the Programme here. To make an application for immunity: phone the cartel immunity phone on 087 763 1378 between 10:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday, excluding public or bank holidays.
