Grocery Goods Undertakings Annual Compliance Reporting

Under the Grocery Goods Regulations (Regulations) all Relevant Grocery Goods Undertakings (RGGUs) are required to submit an annual compliance report to the CCPC detailing their compliance with these Regulations.

The first report due covers the period from 30 April 2016 to 31 December 2016. A copy of the template report can be viewed here. The report is accompanied by guidance to assist RGGUs in completing the annual compliance reports.

Please note RGGUs are required to submit the first annual compliance report no later than 31 March 2017.
