Our comprehensive programme develops evidence based and informed insights into consumer research. We publish our insights so that other organisations can understand consumer behaviours and experiences.


We represent consumer interests and promote competition by responding to public consultations, particularly those run by Government departments, Regulators, the EU Commission and the OECD.

Our financial education website is designed to link key stakeholders with relevant tools and indicators for the development and delivery of financial education programmes to enhance people's financial capability - a key life skill.
