Courts Service of Ireland	The Courts Service online allows you to take a case in the Small Claims Court. They also provide information on the courts system to the public.
European Consumer Centre Ireland (ECC)	ECC Ireland offers consumers advice on their rights when buying from another EU state.
Society of the Irish Motor Industry (SIMI)	SIMI is a member’s organisation which consists of car dealers, repairers, retailers, and other operators within the motor industry in Ireland.
Road Safety Authority (RSA)	The Road Safety Authority aims to save lives and prevent injuries by reducing the number and severity of collisions on the road. They are also responsible for motor related product recalls.

Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU)	The Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) is Ireland’s independent energy and water regulator.
Law Society	The Law Society of Ireland represents and regulates the solicitors’ profession.

Central Bank of Ireland (CBI)	The Central Bank of Ireland is responsible for banking and financial regulation. It protects the best interests of consumers of financial services.
Pensions Authority	The Pensions Authority is responsible for the proper administration of pension schemes and the protection of pension rights.
Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO)	The Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman is an independent service that helps resolve complaints regulated financial service providers.
Health Insurance Authority (HIA)	The HIA is the independent statutory regulator for the private health insurance market.
Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS)	MABS provides free and confidential help for people who are having problems with money management and debt.

Citizens Information Board	The Citizens Information Board provides information, advice and advocacy on a broad range of public and social services.
Office of the Ombudsman	The Office of the Ombudsman investigates complaints from people against certain public bodies.
Data Protection Commission	The Data Protection Commission is responsible for protecting people’s privacy rights in relation to the processing of their personal data.

Business

The CCPC’s remit covers areas including consumer protection, competition law, product safety and credit intermediaries. If you have a query on an area outside of our remit, there are a number of other regulators and public bodies who may be able to help.
