Christmas hours for merger notifications

The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) is advising parties who intend to submit merger notifications during the Christmas period of the following arrangements:

| Thursday – 24th December | Closed* |
| Friday – 25th December – Christmas Day | Closed |
| Monday – 28th December | Closed |
| Tuesday – 29th December | Open 9am – 4:30pm |
| Wednesday – 30th December | Open 9am – 4:30pm |
| Thursday – 31st December – New Year’s Eve | Open 9am – 4:30pm |
| Friday – 1st January – New Year’s Day | Closed |
* While our office building is closed on Christmas Eve there will be limited availability from 9am-12:30pm for urgent matters.
Digital Notifications
The CCPC will continue to request that notification forms and all supporting documents (ie, material contained in annexes and appendices to the notification form) required by the CCPC be submitted in electronic format by email to mergers@ccpc.ie.
