Christmas hours for merger notifications

The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) is advising parties who intend to submit merger notifications during the Christmas period of the following arrangements:

| Monday 26 December | Closed |
| Tuesday 27 December | Closed |
| Wednesday 28 December | Open 9am – 3pm |
| Thursday 29 December | Open 9am – 3pm |
| Friday 30 December | Open 9am – 3pm |
| Monday 2 January 2022 | Closed |
Please note that for the purposes of determining the appropriate date under the Competition Act 2002 (as amended), where the notification and all supporting documents are not fully received by the above daily deadline, the CCPC will consider the date of receipt of the notification to be the next working day.
