Immunity and leniency programmes
The CCPC, in conjunction with the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), operates a Cartel Immunity Programme in the context of criminal prosecutions. The CCPC also has its own Administrative Leniency Policy.
Cartel Whistleblowers
The CCPC offers a secure and confidential service, which is run on a third party platform. It allows members of the public to share information and evidence about illegal cartel behaviour with the CCPC so we can investigate it.
