Civil competition enforcement
Where we form the view that competition law has been breached by way of agreements that may have anti-competitive effects but are not considered to be hardcore cartels or abuse of dominance we can initiate legal proceedings to compel parties to stop their illegal activity.
Administrative Regime
The Administrative Regime introduced by the Competition (Amendment) Act 2022) permits us to also make decisions that undertakings, or associations of undertakings, have breached competition law.
