The proposed acquisition by Sparta UK Bidco Limited, an incorporated entity established by and affiliated with certain funds managed by Warburg Pincus LLC, of a controlling interest in Specialist Risk Group, structured through the sale and purchase of the entire issued share capital of Saturn Jersey Topco Limited, the top holding company in Specialist Risk Group, has been notified to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
