Renault Ireland Limited t/a Dacia Ireland recalls certain passenger vehicles

Renault Ireland Limited t/a Dacia Ireland is carrying out a voluntary recall of a number of Dacia Sandero II, Logan II MCV and Duster vehicles.

The affected vehicles were produced between 01 September 2017 and 19 October 2018.

There are 2,205 vehicles affected on the Irish market.

Renault Ireland Limited t/a Dacia Ireland has established that there is a risk of the key jamming in the start position, causing potential damage to the starter motor.

 

What to do:

Dacia Ireland will be contacting affected consumers by letter, in order to arrange an appointment for necessary repairs to be carried out.

The customer relations team opening hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Lines are closed on weekends and bank holidays.
