Product Safety Information Notice on a Children’s bath thermometer sold on the Wish Platform

A safety issue has been identified with the following children’s bath thermometer which was available on the Wish platform.

Safety issues have been identified where the thermometer is inaccurate following testing, and where the thermometer protrudes and can become accessible following a drop, which pose a risk of obstruction of the respiratory tract, or cutting due to the glass tube.

There are approximately 14 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.

What to do:

If you believe that you may have purchased an affected product, discontinue use immediately and discard the product immediately. Purchasers of these products from the Wish platform will be alerted by Wish of this issue.
