Product Safety Information Notice on a toy musical instrument sold on the AliExpress Platform

A safety issue has been identified with the following toy musical instrument which was available on the AliExpress platform.

Safety issues have been identified where the various instruments:

• Create excessive noise which may cause damage to hearing
• Have detachable small parts and protruding parts which can easily break creating further small parts creating a choking risk
• Have the presence of a long cord which can lead to strangulation.

 

Given the online availability of this product, it may have been sold to customers in the Republic of Ireland.

What to do:

If you believe that you may have purchased an affected product, discontinue use immediately and discard the product immediately. You may wish to contact the online store from where you purchased this product to see if there are any remedies available to you. This can be done via your user account on the relevant platform.
