Honda recalls certain GL 1800 motorcycles

Honda is carrying out a recall of the GL 1800 motorcycle.

The affected products were manufactured between 05.12.2019 and 01.05.2021.

A safety issue has been identified with the affected products, where due to improper setting of the PGM-FI ECU program, the Engine may stall when slightly pulling the clutch lever.

There are approximately 1 affected product in the Republic of Ireland.

 

What to do:

Two Wheels Limited (Honda Ireland) will directly contact all affected customers advising them to make an appointment with their local Authorised Repairer where any necessary repairs/replacements of parts will be carried out.
