The risk presented by this product is choking. The products can become loose and can give access to small parts. This could result in choking.

The brand is Danbar. The type/number of the model is BBOPE-12-P and BBOPE-21-L. The batch number and the barcode are unknown. The product code shown on the price sticker and the receipt will be either 866389 or 866392.

There are approximately 94 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. The affected products were sold in stores between July 2023 and August 2023.

What to do:

Customers should stop using the product immediately and return it to any TK Maxx or Homesense store for a full refund.
