Product Safety Information Notice on a Yamaha Music Europe GmbH Yamaha AC Adapter PA-10

A safety issue has been identified with a Yamaha Music Europe GmbH Yamaha AC Adapter PA-10.

The product presents a risk of electric shock. The upper and lower cases were not properly welded together resulting in cracks. If the case were to crack while the product is in use, live parts are accessible and can lead to the user receiving an electric shock.

The brand is Yamaha. The type/number of model is PA-10. Affected adapters are those with a number range of 2126-2319 of the date code.

Customers may have purchased this product as part of the Yamaha MG Series or separately as an accessory product. Please note that this recall concerns only the AC adapter PA-10. The MG Series analog mixer products themselves are not affected.

There are approximately 211 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.
