The product has a risk of electric shock, physical injury and damage to property. The plug does not meet the required safety standards.

The brand is OOOOO. The model number is OO15HD. The product code shown on the price sticker and the receipt will be either 158207, 158216 or 158217. The batch number is 220221 The barcode is unknown.

There are approximately 65 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. The affected products were sold in stores between November 2023 and January 2024.

What to do:

Customers should stop using the product immediately and return it to any TK Maxx or Homesense store for a full refund.
