Decathlon recalls Menabo Towbar Bike Rack Antares 2 and Towbar Bike Rack Antares 3

Decathlon is carrying out a recall of Menabo Towbar Bike Rack Antares 2 and Towbar Bike Rack Antares 3.

The structure of the bike carrier can break during use and detach from the vehicle while driving. This can cause the bikes to fall onto the road putting road users at risk of injuries.

The brand is Menabo. The type/number of model is 8907974 / 8907967. The item codes are 5363321 / 5363294.

There are approximately 16 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. The product was sold from 01 March 2024 to 30 September 2024.

What to do:

Customers should stop using the product immediately.

Customers can return their product to their nearest Decathlon Store to receive a refund.
