Monsters University Plastic Sports Bottles

Spearmark International Ltd. is recalling all “Monsters University” branded Plastic Sports Bottles due to a possible choking hazard if the spout is pulled off.
The bottle may have been bought on its own or as part of a bag and bottle set.
The product code numbers of the affected bottles are 80902 and 93761. The product has been on sale in Ireland since May 2013 and 1,029 units have been sold.
What to do:
You can return the bottle (or bag and bottle) to the store where purchased for a full refund. Consumers may also send the cap only, along with details as to where the bottle was purchased to:

The product refund will include the cost of postage/packaging.
