Honda Jazz & Civic recall

Honda is recalling a number of Honda Jazz and Honda Civic vehicle models.
The reason for the recall is due to a software error in the transmission control unit which in certain circumstances may cause the vehicle to move, stall or to move backwards unexpectedly.
This recall affects 195 vehicles in Ireland.

What to do:
Letters will be sent to owners of the affected vehicles. Customer will be asked to their vehicle to a Honda dealer or authorised repairer. Any work carried out as part of this recall will be completed free of charge.
