Kia Motors Ireland recalls Carnival/Sedona

Kia Motors Ireland is carrying out a voluntary recall of certain Carnival and Sedona vehicles manufactured between 15/06/2005 and 04/04/2014.

They have become aware of a possible concern affecting corrosion at the riveted spot of the bonnet safety latch fitted to a limited number of Kia vehicles built between June 2005 and April 2014.

This recall affects 346 vehicles in Ireland.

What to do:

Letters will be sent by Kia Ireland to customers informing them of this inspection. The letter will advise you to contact your nearest Kia dealer who will arrange to do the required check and if necessary a refit free of charge.
