Samsonite travel adaptor recall

Samsonite is carrying out a voluntary recall of the series of Samsonite branded travel adaptors due to a risk of electric shock.

The following adaptors are affected:

• Worldwide Adaptor Plug – Ref 23528 – sold between 2008 and 2011
• Universal Adaptor & Charger – Ref 45587 – sold between Sept 2011 and Feb 2012
• UK/Americas Adaptor – Ref 45588 – sold between Sept 2011 and Feb 2012
• UK/Europe Adaptor – Ref 45589 – sold between Sept 2011 and Feb 2012

What to do:

If you think you have one of these adaptors stop using it immediately and keep it out of reach of children.

Consumers can return the adaptor to receive a full refund. You can return your adaptor via www.samsonite.com/recall or call Samsonite customer service on 01-8829172 (8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday).
