Tesco recall Red Kite Baby Co Ltd ‘3 Way Baby Carrier’

Tesco is recalling the “Red Kite Baby Co” branded ‘3 Way Baby Carrier’ (Image 1). This is due to a risk of injury posed by a manufacturing defect that can cause the clips to fail.
It effects approximately 120 units sold in Ireland, the batches affected are: RK 2899/ RK 2900/ RK 2901/ RK3003.

The batch number can be found on the care label on the bottom of the baby carrier. This carrier is sold in Tesco stores and the Tesco.ie website.

What to do:
If you have purchased the above baby carrier, please check the batch code (as per Image 2) to see if it is affected by this recall. If so, you should stop using the item immediately.
- Return the product to a Tesco store where a full refund will be given. No receipt is required. If you purchased the product online, please contact Tesco customer service for further information on 1850 744 844.
