The affected products were sold between August 2007 and August 2014.

In some instances the product poses a potential fire safety risk.

What to do:

If you have purchased one of these products between the above dates, then please stop using it immediately and contact the following number:

1800 946 327 (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 8.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm)

Alternatively, the product may be returned to your local B&Q store where a replacement dehumidifier or a Gift Card to the value of your purchase will be given.
