B&Q recall a range of shower screen products

B&Q has identified a potential safety issue with a range of shower screens where in some installations, hairline fractures have appeared in the plastic hinge brackets. This could potentially release the screen from the mounting bracket resulting in personal injury.

Over 1,100 such screens were sold in Ireland from 2008 to 2015 and the following ranges are affected:

Please note that action is only required for the hinge brackets of the screens and not the other products in the package.
