Citroën recalls certain “Citroën Dispatch III” passenger vehicles

I.M. European Motors Limited is carrying out a voluntary recall of certain “Citroën Dispatch III” passenger vehicles. The affected vehicles were produced between 25 February 2014 and 27 June 2016.

A safety issue has been identified, whereby it is possible that a crack could develop over time on the counterweight supports located under the rear floor. In rare cases the counterweight could become detached and fall from the vehicle.

The recall affects 121 vehicles in the Republic of Ireland.

What to do:

I.M. European Motors Limited will contact all affected customers directly by post advising them to make an appointment with their local Authorised Repairer where any necessary repairs will be carried out.
