Citroen recalls Spacetourer & Dispatch IV (K0)

Citroen Ireland is carrying out a voluntary recall of certain Spacetourer & Dispatch IV (K0) vehicles.

This recall only affects 5 vehicles in Ireland. On affected vehicles, a possible non-compliance of an electrical relay’s internal component might disrupt the starter control, damaging it by overheating; and a vehicle fire risk cannot be completely ruled out. In very rare cases unwanted starter activation could occur and if a gear is engaged the vehicle could move.

The operation involves checking this relay and replacing it if necessary.

What to do:

All affected customers will be notified directly by post by Citroen inviting them to contact their nearest Citroen dealer to arrange for the necessary work to be carried out free of charge.
