The risk reported to the CCPC is choking. The pieces are not securely bonded, which could create small parts and become a potential choking hazard for young children. 

The brand is Flying Tiger Copenhagen. The item number is 3051277. The barcode is 0200030512775. The affected products were on sale from October 2024. 

There are approximately 555 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.  

What to do: 

Customers should stop using this product immediately and keep it out of the reach of children. Consumers are encouraged to return the toy to their nearest Flying Tiger Copenhagen store for a full refund.
