There were test failures identified with this product, most seriously in relation to impact resistance testing. The soother can break into small parts that a child may swallow, posing a choking hazard. 

The brand is 123 Baby Essentials. The type/number of model is BAB6331/OB. The batch numbers are 14760, 20057, 21806 and 25039. The barcode is 5056283863318. 

There are approximately 10,200 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.  

What to do: 

Customers should stop using the product, keep it out of the reach of children and return the item to the point of purchase for a full refund.
