IKEA recalls ELGA FENSTAD sliding door mirror glass

IKEA is carrying out a voluntary recall of its ELGA wardrobe with FENSTAD sliding mirror door.

This is due to a risk that the large mirror can detach and fall posing a danger to users.

The ELGA FENSTAD sliding mirror door is produced by three different suppliers.

Only sliding mirror doors from supplier #12650 are affected. The supplier number is printed on the back of the door at its base, together with a “Made in Sweden” sticker.

What to do:

Customers with an ELGA FENSTAD sliding mirror door from supplier #12650 should contact IKEA Customer Service on 1890 876 707 to arrange to receive a replacement mirror door free of charge.
