The risk reported to the CCPC is that of choking, cutting and ingestion. The cymbals on the tambourine may become loose and dislodged, along with the accompanying small metal pins intended to secure them in place creating small parts. A child may place the small part in their mouth and choke.

There are approximately 13 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. The product was sold online via Amazon and www.my1styears.com/eu.
