Land Rover Ireland recalls certain models

Land Rover Ireland is carrying out a voluntary recall of certain models:

• Land Rover Discovery Sport 2.0L Diesel Engine – 2016 Model Year vehicles.
• Range Rover Evoque 2.0L Diesel Engine – 2016 Model Year vehicles

There is a possibility that under bonnet fuel hoses routed on top of the engine may chafe against a plastic moulded noise suppressing material on the underside of the engine top cover.
There are 942 affected vehicles on the Irish market.

What to do

Letters will be sent by Land Rover to the owners of the affected vehicles informing them of the recall and asking that they contact their Land Rover dealer to arrange for the required work to be completed.

The work carried out as part of the recall will be completed free of charge.
