Laura Ashley boys and girls fleece blankets recall

Laura Ashley is recalling two fleece blankets sold in Ireland between 16 November 2011 and 10 January 2013.  The products affected are “Boys red and blue fleece blanket” (SKU: 3516623) and “Girls pink fleece stripe blanket” (SKU: 3516624).

Some batches of these blankets did not have their stitching closed off. These loose threads may present a strangulation hazard or cause other injuries to children.

What to do:

If you have one of these blankets, stop using it immediately and return it to your nearest store for a full refund. No other Laura Ashley blankets are affected by this notice.
