Mazda Motor Ireland recalls certain ‘3’ passenger vehicles

Mazda Motor Ireland is carrying out a voluntary recall of certain ‘Mazda 3’ passenger vehicles. The affected vehicles were produced between 3 December 2018 and 18 April 2019.
A safety issue has been identified, whereby it is possible that due to a failure to tighten the wheel nuts on the front and rear axles to the correct torque, this may result in them becoming detached.
The recall effects 107 vehicles in the Republic of Ireland.
What to do:
Mazda Motor Ireland will directly contact all affected customers advising them to make an appointment with their local Authorised Repairer where any necessary repairs will be carried out.
