Mazda Motor Ireland recalls certain Mazda CX-5 vehicles

Mazda Motor Ireland is carrying out a voluntary recall of certain Mazda CX-5 vehicles. The vehicles were manufactured from 11 December 2014 through to 8 December 2015.
A safety issue has been identified, where on certain CX-5 vehicles the LED type running light/position light may flicker or fail to illuminate while driving. If the running light/position light of one or both headlights fail to illuminate, the vehicle’s visibility may be reduced to other drivers on the road.
This recall affects 406 vehicles in the Republic of Ireland.
What to do:
Mazda Motor Ireland will directly contact all affected customers advising them to make an appointment with their local Authorised Repairer where any necessary repairs will be carried out.
