A safety issue has been identified with Plastic Sandals manufactured by Ruian Manmi E-commerce Co. sold on Shein online marketplace.

The risk reported to the CCPC is that of chemical due to the presence of banned/restricted chemicals; Phthalates and extractable Cadmium, which can harm children’s health by potentially damaging their reproductive system.

The product reference number is sa2403272772798511.

There are approximately 37 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.

If you purchased one of these products, please stop use immediately, discard the product, and keep it out of the reach of children.
