A safety issue has been identified, whereby this product presents a choking and suffocation risk to young children. The product has small, detachable parts. The ‘iBase Toy wooden musical instrument’ contains a number of components which can become detached. These include: rainbow bell stick (screws detach with sharp points), the triangle, the shaker eggs, the castanets, the xylophone, and the whistle.

The product’s barcode is 191599558378.  

These products were sold online through the eBay platform.

It is not confirmed whether these products were sold to customers in the Republic of Ireland, however, given their online availability – this remains a possibility.
