High Visibility Vests – Voluntary Replacement Offer.
Testing has revealed that some high visibility vests supplied by ‘Optipro’ to the Road Safety Authority (RSA) do not meet the relevant standards – that is, the retro-reflective tape may not be as bright as required.
How to identify the vests
The affected vests have:
- the RSA logo
- an “Optipro” sew-in neck label,
- No batch tag
No other RSA branded garments are affected.

What to do to receive a free replacement vest
To avail of a replacement garment you should return the original High Visibility vest by post to Optipro, PO Box 861, South City Delivery Office, Togher, FREEPOST FCK718, Cork.
