Science4you Ltd recalls Space Expedition Toy Set

Science4you Ltd is carrying out a voluntary recall of its Space Expedition toy set.

A safety issue has been identified with the following toy product which was available in Tesco stores:

The batch number is 1013299001. The type/model number is 918922.

Captive screws are not used in the construction of the battery cover of the torch included in the set. The torch could be a hazard to young children if the battery cover is not put on correctly. Children may gain access to and swallow the button batteries in the torch.

The product was also available online via other retailers.

What to do:

If you believe that you may have purchased an affected product, discontinue use immediately and keep it out of the reach of children.

If you purchased this product in a Tesco store, please return it to a Tesco store for a full refund. No receipt is required.
