The risk reported to the CCPC is choking. The plush rabbit can create small parts and become a choking hazard for young children.

The brand is Fantasma. The item number is198567. The bar code is 0816344015286. The batch codes are 2401-6009ML-BK / 2406-6009ML-BK / 2407-6009ML-BK / 2408-6009ML-BK.

Products sold after 17 February 2025 are not affected.

There are approximately 520 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. The product has been on sale from October 2024.
