Subaru Ireland Limited recalls certain passenger vehicles

Subaru Ireland is carrying out a voluntary recall of certain ‘Impreza, Forester ,WRX ST and XV models of passenger vehicles.

The vehicles in question were manufactured between April 2007 and March 2017. There are approximately 515 impacted vehicles on the Irish Market.

Subaru Ireland Limited has established there is contact problems with the brake light switch which may cause the brake lights to fail.

What to do:

Subaru Ireland will be writing directly to those consumers affected by this recall to arrange to have the vehicle inspected and parts replaced where necessary.
