TJX Ireland Unlimited Company t/a TK Maxx and Homesense is carrying out a recall of a Cortex Beauty Hair Curler.

The risk associated with the product is electric shock due to poor internal build quality and inadequate insulation.

The brand is Cortex. The model number is AT08. The product code shown on the price sticker and your receipt will be either 066297, 066314, 066358 or 066331. The batch number and the barcode are unknown.

There are approximately 72 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. The affected products were sold in stores between September and November 2023.

What to do:

Customers should stop using the product immediately and return it to any TK Maxx or Homesense store for a full refund.
