TJX Ireland Unlimited Company t/a TK Maxx and Homesense is carrying out a recall on Prism Zenso 5 Amp USB Charging Tower Unit.

The risk presented by this product is electric shock and fire. The product does not comply with the requirements of the relevant safety standard.

The brand is Prism. The type/number of the model is ELE-5141. The product codes on the price sticker and the receipt will be either 394186, 394188 or 437937. The batch number and the barcode are unknown.

There are approximately 86 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. The affected products were sold in stores between January 2023 and June 2023.

What to do:

Customers should stop using the product immediately and return it to any TK Maxx or Homesense store for a full refund.
