Triumph recalls certain Trident Motorcycles

Nextcar Limited is carrying out a recall of certain Triumph Trident motorcycles

The affected products were manufactured between 1.2.2021 to 31.5.2021.

A safety issue has been identified with the affected products, where the side stand of the affected Trident models may bend under the weight of the motorcycle. There is a risk that the motorcycle could become unstable and may fall if it is parked on the side stand, increasing the risk of injury.

There are approximately 12 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.

 

What to do:

Nextcar Limited will directly contact all affected customers advising them to make an appointment with their local Authorised Repairer where any necessary repairs/replacements of parts will be carried out.
