Update to Sony VAIO VGP-BPS26 Battery Packs recall

Sony has updated their announcement made in March this year regarding their battery pack replacement program to include extra models which may have been equipped with an affected battery during repairs.

Models that may have been equipped with an affected battery pack during repair:

You may contact Sony by telephone on: (01) 413 1771.  In addition, please remove the battery pack from your PC and use an AC adapter for your safety, while you are waiting for a replacement.
