Volkswagen, Skoda and Audi vehicle recall

Volkswagen Group Ireland is recalling a number of vehicle models manufactured after 2009 with a specific 2.0-litre TDI common rail diesel engine..
The reason for the recall is due to an issue with the fuel injection pipes which could crack and leak diesel fuel.
The recall affects 1963 Volkswagen, 143 Skoda and 6 Audi Vehicles in Ireland.

Letters will be sent to owners of the affected vehicles, customers will be asked to arrange an appointment to have the required work completed at their authorised service agent.
The recall work is a “while-you-wait” service. Any work carried out as part of this recall will be completed free of charge.
