AURELIUS is acquiring the target companies through two special purpose vehicles, AURELIUS V AcquiCo Twenty Four Limited and AURELIUS V GER AcquiCo Six GmbH which have been established for the purposes of the proposed transaction.
The Hain Celestial Group, Inc.
The target companies comprise certain food activities of the Hain Celestial Group, Inc., including Cully & Sully Limited and Hain Celestial Ireland Limited. Cully & Sully Limited and Hain Celestial Ireland Limited are engaged in the wholesale distribution and supply of retailer own-brand and branded food products, including Clarks, Cadbury, Hartley's, Cully & Sully, and Linda McCartney products to customers in the State.
